This machine is straight-line design, especially suitable for washing and drying wide-mouth glass bottles with high drying requirements. The empty bottle mouth moves downward and forward intermittently with the bottle carrier. The inside and outside of the bottle are washed and dried through five processes. The machine fully considers the needs of customers for energy saving and consumption reduction, using the flushing water of later stage to automatically circulate to the former stage for use; steam auto cycle in steam sterilization section is heated by heat exchanger, hot air drying bottles, which saves energy significantly. The transmission mechanism used for intermittent motion adopts intermittent divider, which is durable, stable and reliable.
