Application & Advantage
xtruded Copper-Aluminum Composite Fin Tube (Base Tube Materials are Copper & Copper Alloy ) ,which fin tube is made of copper/ copper alloy tube and aluminum tube. The copper /copper alloy base tube is coated with an aluminum tube to extrude the aluminum fin , the root of the fin is tightly jointed with the outer wall of base tube. Good heat transfer performance , high strength , excellent corrosion resistance .It is not easy deformation in the long-term cold thermal operating conditions and long service life.
Overall extruded fin is smooth & burr-free, no obvious wrinkle ,easy cleaning .Wet cooling is proceeding in heating and air conditioning engineering ,condensation water is easy to excluded. Especially non dust absorption and Anti-scaling in the drying, heating and other heat transfer occasion.
Surface treatment by anode ,color beautiful, can prevent surface corrosion.
Compared with similar fins, extruded double metal fin tube is consist of more than 40% aluminum thus the base tube , that is protected against atmospheric corrosion well
Very sturdy design resists mechanical damage as well
Easy to clean with steam or water
Different base tube materials for different requirements can be used with almost all chemically aggressive media
