The semi automatic cake production line suits for small space and lower budget factory. it baked by the hot wind rotary oven machine.
Making cake process:
Mixing --Forming--Baking--Cooling--Filling--Sterilization--Packing.
Each machine function:
1) 60L Mixer: putting powder, eggs and so on into the tank,
2) Cake forming machine: air cylinder, photoelectric tracking, depositing dough accurately. single/double rows forming machine available.
3)Hot wind rotary oven: gas/electric/diesel rotary oven for baking. 12*/32/64/128 trays suits for your requirement.
4) Cooling line: natural cooling by the PU conveyor or cooling cake on the trolleys.
5) Cake filling machine: injecting chocolate syrup/cream/jam into the cake.
6) Sterilization: kill bacteria and microorganisms after filling for better cake quality.
7)Packing machine: various packing type available.
8) Nitrogen making machine and oil free compressor: inflate the nitrogen air into the packing bag for keeping the cake shelf life at least 6 months
