Hard candy making process
Sugar melting--Storage tank-- vacuum cooker --Batch Roller--Rope Sizer--Forming--Cooling--Packing
The functions of each machine.
1) Sugar melting tank: heating sugar, glocose, water to 110 degrees.
2) Storage tank: storage the sugar syrup and and filting pure syrup.
3) Vacuum cooker: reboiled and pure candy syrup
4)Batch Rooler: scroll the candy dough more even.
5) Rope size: pull the thicker candy dough into the thinner one
6) Forming machine: Forming different size hard candy
7) Cooling tunnle: cooling the fomed hard candy
8) Packing machine: various packing machine available.
