CT300/600 Vacuum Air-inflation Cooker
This unit is the cooking machine for the soft candy and nougat candy making plant. It mainly consists of cooking part and air aeration part. Main ingredients are cooked to around 128℃,cool down to around 105℃ by vacuum and flow into air aeration vessel. Syrup fully mixed with inflating medium and air in the vessel untill air pressure raise to 0.3Mpa. Stop the inflation and blending, discharge the candy mass onto cooling table or mixing tank. It is the ideal equipment for all air aerated candy production.
