Structure of the machine
The machine is including 5T manual decoiler, drive device, roll forming machine( including the guiding platform), cutting machine, hydraulic system, electric system, output table, etc.
Forming speed: 2-4m/min;
Forming thickness: 1.0-5.0mm;
Forming stations: 18 steps;

Application:
Bin board production line (squares assembly silo)
Function: Used in new type of prefabricated plate production units;
Profile: Plate production line consists of six parts: feeding machine, pinch leveling, forming, punching, electric controlling system and hydraulic system. The line can produce the plate with high-efficiency & stable quality, meanwhile, the application of this plate is a large breakthrough of the industry. It takes the place of the welding production style, uses assembly silo construction, so as to reduce the leading time, improve the appearance & quality of bin plate, and create the value for clients.
Production capacity: Can produce bin plate 200 boards/day (8 hours);
