Polyurethane sandwich panel foaming system mainly adopts physical foaming. In order to make the foaming agent gasification and gas rapid growth, the foaming cavity need heating control. Usually double belt conveyor heating system has electric heating、oil heating、gas heating、steam heating and so on.

While using pentane as the foaming agent, we adopt thermal oil furnace (steam) heating mode. The working principle is that the oil furnace heats the conduction oil first, and then the conduction oil or steam goes to the cooling fin groups of heat exchanger through heat preservation pipe, then the cooling fin groups which installed in the close loop air duct heat the air in up and down air ducts. Besides, we installed an air draft fan and an air supply fan to make the hot air circulate heating the double belt conveyor. It ensures the heating safety and avoids the direct contact between the thermal oil furnace open flame and pentane. Please notice that the temperature of oil is required to be less than 200 degrees and usually we set up a small room for thermal oil furnace or steam furnace outside the workshop.
