The features of LG80 two-roller cold pilger mill :
1.The main conveying system is with V belt which can make sure equal force , creditable and stable function .
2.There are airbag type clutch and hydraulic brake between belt pulley and driving shaft which can brake quickly and stop exactly during the urgency .
3.The adoption of ring groove roller is to realize long term rolling . Big rotation angle of roller , longer ring type working stage and increased length of deformation zone lead to the uniformity of metal deformation during the rolling . At the same time , it can increase feeding volume and improve the quality of the final processed pipe .
4.The rolling mill adopts edge feeding way removing the mandrel comparing to the side feeding . The exact location of mandrel on the deformation zone and short rolling line not only suit for rolling long tube billet but also improve the roller’s efficiency .
5.Electric-control feeding and discharging way improve the working efficiency .
6.It is easier to replace the roller and more convenient to maintain based on the open rack .
7.Twin-wire feeding way realize the stable feeding.
8.To tighten with hydraulic mandrel lowers the labor strength .
