Progeneus® Medium Density Board is mainly made of cellulose fiber, quartz sand and Portland cement. The board is formed through accurate dosing by computer program, hatschek craft and autoclaved under high temperature and pressure. It's 100% free of asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene and other harmful substances. It's an excellent material with good property of high strength, large size, fire and water proofing, eco-friendly, high efficiency and energy-saving.

The panel is made of natural raw materials, 100% free of asbestos, formadehyde or other hazardous materials and non-radioactive.

2. Mold and insect prevention
Major materials are inorganic substances, such as Portland cement, quartz sand, which prevents the growth of mildew or microorganism and can prevent mold and insect.

3. Moisture proof
Progeneus® Medium Density Board is with stable performance and strength in the area with high humidity, or directly in contact with water and show excellent humidity resistance. Idea materials for wet places like kitchen, bathroom etc.

4. Easy shaping and processing
Due to excellent flexibility for bending and shaping (thin boards are better to meet bending and shaping requirements), and can meet special functional requirements in terms of indoor decoration and acoustic reflection. Can be cut into pieces of various dimensions and shapes, perforated, used as sound absorption component, ceiling or partition wall.

5. High strength
Progeneus® Medium Density Board has high strength and excellent impact resistance, can be used as indoor partition wall in crowded areas like airport, school, large meeting center etc..
