Applications of PPR, PE-RT pipes:
PPR, PE-RT plastic pipes is the key promotion environment friendly product of national ministry of construction. It has the merit of non-toxic, rustless, non-filthily, thermo stable, heat preservation, convenient installation, reasonable price and so on. It has been widely applied in the housing cold & hot water pipe.

Equipment composition:
The extrusion line is mainly made up of special single screw extruder for PPR and PR-RT materials, vacuum calibration tank, spraying cooling tank, hauler, cutter and stacker(or winder) and so on.

Features of the extrusion line:

Our company applies the latest oversea technology, fully display the technical superiority of the screw. The production has the features of high output, good plasticity, higher pipe pressure resistance etc. the entire extrusion line realize automatic control from the material feeding to pipe stacking. With the installation of the encoder and the PLC, the non-dust cutter could realize accurate setting length cutting. To insure the stability during high speed production, we adopt advanced basket—type die head.

Advantages:

1. High Temperature Resistance: the maximum sustained working temperature is up to 70 Degrees Celsius, the maximum transient temperature is up to 95 Degrees Celsius
