B Function

The wall sheet roll forming machine is including the separate rack and 12 pcs overall cantilever rack, mainly making the joint of the side of sandwich panel and the rib of the surface, the width dimension can be adjusted by screw rod, using the high precision ball screw, linear guide way and gear motor to adjust.

The roller uses high steel to be machined by the digital lathe, with the heat treatment, the surface of the roller is used hard chrome plating in order improve the degree of finish and hardness of the roller, which can increase the working life . we can use alloy steel with the surface nitriding process according to different requirements of customers.

The roller is with PU rubber roller in order that the forming steel is not  off tracking.
