Purpose
Boiling dryer is a technical equipment to produce solid preparations in pharmaceutical industry, with various functions like mixing and drying etc. It is applicable to fast drying of granules and powders in such fields as pharmacy, chemical engineering, food and so on.
Principle
The filtered clean air is heated in mode of convection by heat exchanger to a certain temperature, then extracted into vessel by eccentric air fan. Under the action of screen plate holes and negative pressure, materials form boiling state inside the dryer and hot air is fully mixed with materials. In this large area gas-solid two-phase contact, the moisture in materials (solid phase) quickly evaporates then is discharged by exhaust pipe so as to reach the aim of drying materials.
1. Barrel body adopt double-layer structure, with heat-preservation function. Materials can be dried in time and will not be stuck on the wall of barrel body.
2. Dedusting/filtration: Adopt 40μm stainless steel sintered mesh, easy to install and disassemble, realize online cleaning and reduce powder leakage.
3.Pneumatic pulse reverse-blow device: Ash removal of dedusting/filtration adopts such modes as pneumatic pulse reverse-blow, alternate clearance reverse-blow to remove dusts from dedusting barrel and ensure good air permeability of dedusting barrel.
4. The entire operation is conducted inside enclosed negative pressure system to effectively prevent dust from leaking, flying and causing pollution.
5. Without dead angles, the dryer is easy for cleaning, conforming to GMP and FDA requirements.
