Purpose:
It is applicable to drying various large granules, dense granules, porous instantly soluable granules, powders as well as granulating of brown sugars, coffees, cocoas, amino acids and seasonings. Materials have good dispersing performance, without sticking phenomena.
Principle:
Boiling granulator mainly consists of principal machine, auxiliary machine, atomization system and control system. It is a kind of equipment integrating boiling, granulating, fluidization and drying. Boiling granulating method is result of comprehensive utilization of atomization technology and fluidization technology. Mixing, granulating and drying are finished at one time inside the same enclosed vessel. After being heated, the filtered air enters granulating chamber, inside which powder granules suspend to form fluidization under the action of appropriate airflow velocity and their own gravity. Compressed air and adhesives enter spray heads from their pipelines respectively, atomize adhesives into small liquid drops at spray nozzle, which are sprayed on fluidized powder materials and make them aggregate into granules. The heat carried by airflow makes moisture removed with airflow evaporation. This process is conducted repeatedly, forming ideal even microporous granules.
