The description of the single effect evaporator:
Single effect film down evaporator is used in concentration of milk and juice etc, which can be carried out low temperature and the evaluation can reach 10%.
Advantages of this equipment are short heated period, low temperature, flavor keeping, and can be modified to fit different products because of special design.

Introduction
this equipment adopts falling film evaporation type to evaporate the water in the milk or fruit juice;

3. Large scale of the concentrating ratio——as the products between the different effects can recycle separately, the concentration ratio can be regulated in large scale;
4. The machine attaches with spraying ball and self CIP system with closed balance tank and acid/alkali tank, by which to avoid contamination and the volatilization of acid/alkali
