Myande’s upright cooker is a special equipment which heats the soybean and maize germ so that it can make up oil and improve the oil quality. Functions and Features
1. The interlayer adopts good material and it is wear-resistant. Also, it has high resistance for heat. It is produced by the standard of pressure vessel so that it is safe and stable.
2. Advanced level-indicator device adopts imported sensor。It swings for a long time. Also, it is reliable and has no wears. The level of materials can be adjusted conveniently.
3. It adopts the automatic gate which is most reasonable structure. Height, bob-weight and size of the hatch can be regulated. It has a good effect on seal and has a simple way to lubricate.
4. It adopts special split coupling so that it has a big torsion and it is convenient for installing and dismantling.
5. According to the volume of production sets the numbers of the layers. It installs adjustable spraying device so that it make the spraying accuracy and uniform.
6. Trays are heated with steam of 12 Bar pressure to obtain high heat transfer efficiency and excellent cooking effect.
7. Upper tray is equipped with live steam pipe for cooking and then toasting.
8. Each tray is aerated with pressurized air supplied by fan to reduce moisture.
9. Reliable gear box with stable drive and long life.
