• Description: Virtueholder MP85 bundling tape is a universal single-sided tape. It is coated with pressure sensitive adhesivea on one side surface of the uniaxially stretched polypropylene film.

• Storage conditions
• It is recommended to store in an indoor temperature of 4-26℃, relative humidity of 40-50%, clean, dry environment.

• Chemical resistance test:
• The sample was attached to a stainless steel plate and waited for 24 hours, then the prepared sample was immersed in the chemical for 4 hours.

Shelf life:

• Packaging: The processed tape needs to be packed in a plastic bag with good sealing properties.

• Other notes:
• In order to enhance the adhesion of the tape, the surface of the object to be coated needs to be dry and clean, and it is usually wiped with isopropanol or heptane.

• Note:
• When using solvents, please refer to the instructions and precautions provided by the solvent supplier.

• The best condition for the adherend to be bonded is at room temperature or slightly higher, and the surface temperature of the adherend is lower than 10 °C, which makes the glue hard and does not maximize fully bonding the surface of the material. The initial adhesion of the product can be improved by applying pressure.

Application

• It is used in the packaging needs of various industrial production. Typical applications include bundling reinforcement, bundling, door frame closure, and fixing equipment. This tape supports a certain degree of rigidity and excellent wear, moisture and rub resistance. Pressure sensitive adhesives are customized to adhere to most fiberboard surfaces and a wide variety of plastic and metal surfaces and are removed without leaving residual on the surface of the substrate. We recommend that after the test is completed, determine the surface suitability of the adherend before making a selection to buy.
