This pharmaceutical vial washing machine integrates 2 kinds of washing method for bottle internal and external cleaning, i.e. ultrasonic rough washing method and WFI/clean compressed air alternating fine washing method(3 times water cleaning and 3 times air cleaning alternatively). The washing effect is highly reliable and welcomed by the world market.

During the whole washing process, each group of needles is designed to jet a fixed cleaning medium, without cross contaminations, fully complys with pharmaceutical GMP standards.

The washing speed is 100-600bottles/min for 1-20ml vial bottles.
