1.Executive Standard: ASTM A249, ASTM A269, ASTM A554, ASTM A312.
2. Application: Heating elements tubing, Liquid transmission pipeline system, Mechanical tubing, Automobile hydraulic tubing, Ornamental Tubing.
3.Material: 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310S, 309S, etc.
4.Specification: Outside diameter: 6.0mm-101.4mm, Wall thickness: 0.35mm-2.5mm, Length: according to your requirements.
5.Tolerance: As per executive standard requirements, for those tubes which require high precision, we can make according to your own tech requirements.
6.Heat treatment: In-line bright annealing, Solution.
7.Advantage: Well-proportioned wall thickness and high precision wall thickness. Also we can polish or make the tubes bead removed according to your requirements. Small outside diameter tubes are our strong products.
8.Information: Beside the normal executive standard, we could also make the tubes according to your own requirements, such as wall thickness tolerance, hardness, surface requirements and etc by designing different technical requirements and production technology, try our best to support you.

1.Raw material: Testing principal component strip burr and thickness according to furnace number or materials of each roll.
2.Tubing welding: Testing length, outside diameter, spherical degree, welding seam and appearance for 50tubes/batch/set or 30 minutes/one time/set
3.Detecting: ALL.
4.Hydraulic press (Air Press): Testing all tubes by 10 MPa/holding 10s or 1 MPa/holding 10s.
5.Final tubes: Testing length, outside diameter, spherical degree, welding seam, appearance and burrs at two ends for all tubes.
6.Mechanical features: Testing flaring, flattening, reverse bending, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation for 200tubes/bath/set.
