Being controlled by PLC program, the high - accuracy optical size inspection system with servo motion mechanism can keep the image board. X-ray generator and the tire in the most suitable position all the time, which ensures the best X-ray tire imaging performance.
Based on the features of the TBR tire, we have developed self-adaptive image enhancing algorithm that no need of manual setting. The software can use different regional algorithm processing for different tires which can improve the bladder recognition of tire sidewall and steel wire level resolution of bead and tire crown. It provides great convenience for the inspector to detect various hidden defects.
Modular design concept simplified the overall structure which is easy for maintenance
The machine uses the integrated lead room structure to keep the X-ray leakage far lower than the national , all moving mechanism adopt servo positioning and limit protection device to ensure the safety of key parts.
