Feature
1.The floor machine is specially made for stainless steel decoration and is made up of fixed operation platform,beam,carriage and etc.
2.The operation platform is fixed.The beam moves laterally along the rolling straight lead rail through the ball lead screw vice-transmission by the servo dynamo to make sure that the pitch of grooves being chipped is V-shaped.
3.The carriage is attached to the beam by the straight lead rail and moves back and forth in longitudinal direction to achieve the major movement of grooving and cutting.Its speed is regulated by the variable-frequency speed regulator.
4.The knife rest moves up and down controlled by the servo dynamo to cut deep the slot.
5.The pneumatic device is used to press tight the work piece.The knife will be sprayed with mist to be lubricated and cooled down during the cutting process so that the processing quality of the product will be guaranteed and the service life of the knife can be lengthened.
6.The machine can self-dig.After long time of operation,if the surface of the machine is uneven or has flaws,the self-digging function can be utilized and machine will start as a new one.
