Brief Introduction
Stone coated tile sheet is formed by 0.4~0.5mm Al-Zn coating steel sheet and color stones. It is modern, environmental and nice appearance.
We developed this stone coated tile sheet production line based on long time running and improvement. It is high-performance, stable, energy-efficient and easy operation.
By changed different molds, the production line can make different model as Classic type, Roman type, Nosen type, Flat metal type, Wood type.

3. Machine Advantages:
1. Reduce glue consumption: the encoder on the machine can detect the moving location of the tiles and control the spray gun working on and shutting off automatically, so the spry gun will not work without tile.
2. The enlarged volume of the drying channel saved energy and improved speed. With the common drying method, tiles come into the channel in length direction, but the new one in width direction with a slope to increase drying quantity. Take 7 waves tile for example, the capability of the new one is more 3PCS than the common method for one time drying. With the same speed, the time of tile in the channel is longer than the common one, so it will be dried more completely.
3. The conveyor with large dip angle is more advantage than the elevator in conveying stone. Because the life of the elevator bucket is too short, generally only for 3 months and difficult to be repaired; the life of the conveyor with large dip angle is longer and easy to be repaired.
4. The improved water pump cleaning chains solved the chains cleaning issue in the bottom glue spraying chamber after long time of working.
5. Adsorption dust collection can adsorb the glue onto the sponge to avoid environmental pollution;
6. The induction type sand hopper work on and shut off automatically to reduce the bear of the elevator and lengthen its life.
7. Clean the tile automatically reduced manpower and improved the product quality.
