AN400/600 High Speed Vacuum Cooker

This unit is used in the confectionery industry for the continuous cooking of low and high boiled milk sugar mass.
It mainly consists of PLC control system, feeding pump, pre-heater, vacuum evaporator, vacuum pump, discharge pump, temperature pressure meter, electricity box etc. All these parts are combined in one machine, and connected by pipes and valves.. It has the advantage of high capacity, easy for operation and can produce high quality syrup mass etc.
This unit can produce: hard and soft candy of natural milky flavor, toffee candy of light color, dark milk soft toffee, sugar-free candy etc.
