Our planetary mixer is specially designed for small and medium sized production capacity. Particularly notable with these units is the heavy duty design. The versatility of the planetary mixer allows to utilize the machine in either bread or pastry applications which require flexibility and durability. As a testament to its versatility, the YX series is optimally suited to process dough ranging from dense pastry and bread, to light whipped cream and custards.
Use of the various mixing tools, which are easily and quickly changed, the machine guarantees gentle, gradual and homogenous mixing characteristics with dough, cream and mousse of diverse consistencies.

-The electronic control, with its easy-to-use buttons, operates the 3 preset speed models;
-voltage overload protection automatically shuts the mixer when it’s strained, especially overloaded with an overly large batch of every stiff dough;
-Low voltage protection prevents accidental start-up after power failure;
