Brief Introduction

YX Jam Biscuit Production Line: Adpoting the latest advaced Genmany and Janpanese technology, With the effort of our company R&D engineers and 30 years manufacturing experience, we created this compact structure, high automatic biscuit machine.


Making Jam biscuit process:

Mixing---Forming--Jam depositing--Baking--Cooling ---Packing.


Each machine function:

1) Mixer: Stirring flour, water and other materials together. "S" blade inside one

2) Biscuit forming machine: forming different shapes  biscuit

3) Jam depositing machine: depositing jam on biscuit surface

4) Tunnel Baking oven: gas/electric oven, baking soft/hard biscuit, cookies, cake,bread and so on.

5) Cooling line: natural cooling

6) Stacking biscuit: make the cooled biscuit stack in a row and easy for putting them into the packing hopper

7) Packing machine: various packing type available.
